Great job completed on time and on budget. Will and the team were always responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. They always had an eye out for ways to save cost in an appropriate way, and paid great attention to the aesthetics in terms of exterior finish and brickwork, seamlessly integrating the old with the new. This was our 3rd build having refurbished 2 previous homes in the past, however, this was our most major project yet with the whole house being completely re-designed both inside and out and all whilst living on site. Will Kearney of Austin Jacobs Ltd was recommended to us by our electrician as he had worked with him on several projects and so we invited him to quote along with 3 others. We needed someone who we felt we could work (and live) alongside during the 8/9 months the build was expected to take, someone who instilled confidence in the build as our project involved lots of steel work which would have to be lifted over the house. Will proved to be that person. We live in a small community and he was able to keep good relations with the whole neighbourhood taking into consideration our Party Wall Agreement with our immediate neighbours. The project was started and finished within schedule and budget with Will and his team on site practically every day despite the weather. Any challenges were met head on and overcome in a calm and efficient manner. Will is an extremely conscientious man and takes a great pride in his work which follows through to his team. We have no hesitation in highly recommending him

Austin Jacobs carried out a full refurbishment of a 40 year old flat that we now live in. They were very easy to work with showed great attention to detail completing the work on time and to budget.
